The vending machine your workplace actually deserves.
Most workplace vending is an afterthought — a generic machine, a fixed restock schedule, and a hotline nobody answers. We do this differently: AI-powered checkout, open-shelf access, cashless payment, and a service team that handles everything. Placed in your space at zero cost.
Why most vending fails — and why this is different
Traditional vending machines have three failure modes that turn a convenience amenity into a daily frustration. Products get lodged in coil dispensers and don't drop. Cash-only payment creates a barrier for the vast majority of people who don't carry cash. And restocking is reactive — the machine empties out on a Tuesday and nobody notices until Thursday's restock run.
None of those problems exist here. The machine doesn't use coils. Payment is contactless by default. And restocking is driven by real-time inventory data, not a calendar.
The short version: Open the door, take what you want, tap your card. That's the full experience. The machine handles item recognition automatically — no scanning, no buttons, no line.
The machine
The hardware we place is built for modern workplaces — not retrofitted legacy equipment. Here's what sets it apart.
AI object recognition checkout
Products sit on open shelves. Sensors and cameras identify exactly what you take. Your card is charged when you close the door. No scanning, no keypad entry, no waiting in line behind someone deciding.
No coils. Nothing gets stuck.
Coil dispensers are the original sin of vending — mechanical, failure-prone, and the source of countless lost dollars and frustrations. Open shelving eliminates the problem entirely. Items are accessible, visible, and never jammed.
Cashless tap-to-pay standard
Apple Pay, Google Pay, any contactless card. No cash handling, no coin mechanisms to jam, no receipt tape to run out. The checkout experience is frictionless in a way that reflects a modern workplace.
Digital display — yours to use
The machine's digital screen is a branded touchpoint. Show your company logo, promote internal events, or display custom messaging. For enterprise hosts, this becomes a communication surface your team sees every day.
What "managed" actually means
The word gets used loosely. Here's what it means with precision — three things most vending operators skip entirely.
tuneProduct curation tailored to your team
Before installation, we discuss your workplace — what your employees actually reach for, what dietary preferences matter, what price points feel appropriate. The initial fill reflects your specific team rather than a default template pulled from a regional distributor list. As usage data accumulates, we refine the selection to match actual behavior.
inventoryRestocking driven by data, not a schedule
Real-time inventory monitoring tracks sales item by item. Restocking visits happen when the machine needs it — not on a fixed cadence that ignores whether you have 25 employees or 250. High-volume locations get higher-frequency service. Lower-volume placements don't get over-serviced with costs that don't make sense for either side.
build_circleMaintenance that isn't your problem
Machine issues are flagged remotely. When something needs attention, we address it. There's no number to call, no ticket to file, no follow-up required from your end. The machine is our asset — keeping it running is our responsibility, not a favor we're doing you.
We own the machine. We source the products. We install, restock, and service it. You provide a standard outlet and Wi-Fi. That's the entirety of the ask.
Who this works for
The right fit is any commercial space with regular foot traffic and somewhere logical to place a machine. Industry is less of a filter than most people assume.
Corporate offices
Break rooms, lobbies, and shared floors. Particularly well-suited for tech offices, professional services firms, and companies where the break room is part of the employee experience conversation.
Gyms & fitness centers
Pre- and post-workout nutrition, energy drinks, and hydration. High-frequency purchasing at a moment when members are already in the habit of fueling up.
Warehouses & distribution
High-calorie, satisfying options for physical workers on shift schedules. Multi-shift operations and 24/7 facilities are well-served by a machine that doesn't require staff involvement to operate.
Hotels & hospitality
Lobbies, staff break rooms, and floor placements. Cashless checkout fits seamlessly into the contactless experience guests already expect from modern hotels.
Coworking spaces
A well-stocked machine is one of the amenities that differentiates a coworking space from a rented desk. Members value convenience; operators value a zero-cost amenity they didn't have to source or manage.
Medical offices & clinics
Staff break rooms, waiting areas, and long-shift environments where access to food and beverages without leaving the building is a genuine operational advantage.
If your space sees 30 or more people regularly, it likely qualifies. The bar is lower than most businesses expect — reach out and we'll confirm.
Getting started takes about two weeks
There's no lengthy procurement process, no trial period, and no commitment required before you see the machine in place.
Tell us about your space
A short inquiry — your location, approximate team size, and what you're looking for. Takes two minutes. No sales call required to move forward.
We visit, assess, and configure
We come to your space, confirm the ideal machine placement, and discuss product preferences. There's no obligation at this stage — if it's not the right fit for either side, we'll say so.
Machine goes live — we handle everything after
Installation is handled by us. Product is loaded. The machine is live. From that point forward, restocking and maintenance happen without your involvement. You receive no invoices and have no maintenance responsibilities.
Common questions
What does it cost my business?add
Nothing. The machine, installation, products, restocking, and maintenance are all covered by us. You provide a standard electrical outlet and Wi-Fi access. There are no placement fees, service fees, or equipment charges of any kind.
What's the catch?add
There isn't one in the traditional sense. Our model is funded by product sales — we earn revenue when employees buy from the machine. That creates a direct incentive to keep the machine well-stocked and well-maintained. A machine that's empty or broken doesn't earn us anything. The interests are aligned.
Can we request specific products?add
Yes. We take product requests seriously. Tell us what your team reaches for and we'll assess whether we can source it and whether it fits the machine's capacity. We can't accommodate every request, but we make genuine effort to reflect the actual preferences of your specific team rather than defaulting to a generic product template.
What if our team is smaller or usage ends up being low?add
Lower-volume placements are part of the model — we adjust restocking frequency to match actual usage rather than over-servicing. If a placement genuinely isn't working for either side, we'll have a direct conversation about it. We don't lock you in.
Is there a long-term contract?add
No long-term commitment required. We operate on a reasonable notice arrangement — typically 30 days for either party. Our view is that our service quality should be what keeps you wanting us there, not a contract you're locked into.
Where do you serve?add
Our core territory is the East Bay — Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, and surrounding cities along the I-880 corridor. We also serve the South Bay, Silicon Valley, Oakland, and greater Bay Area. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, reach out and we'll confirm.
Your team deserves better than a generic snack machine.
One short conversation is all it takes. We'll confirm whether your space qualifies and walk you through what setup looks like.
